KADER invited young and talented Dutch Designer Mik Bakker to design a chair that would exemplify the KADER collection. The result: a stunning sculptural chair made from solid 200 year old wooden beams that once supported the roof of a now demolished factory in Amsterdam.

The Swiss-German lighting manufacturer Temde Leuchten has been making lamps since 1911. Their classic designs are known worldwide and appreciated for the beautiful combination of woodwork and glass. KADER has a number of these lovely Temde lamps available, dating from the 1960s to 1970s.

What piece of furniture is more versatile than the stool? Its functionality stretches beyond simple seating alone. Besides being a practical, everyday seat, it may serve as a nightstand, a plant table, a pedestal, or even please us as a beautiful, well-designed sculpture in itself.
