Unique Artifort Sofa designed by Theo Ruth as an exclusive model for the first Furniture and Art Fair after WOII, held in 1950 in Maastricht.
The year 1950 was a crucial year for Artifort, as the company took a radical turn into a new modern design world. Therefore this very rare piece of design, together with the appurtenant Armchair, can be described as ‘iconic’ and truly pivotal in the history of Artifort design.
