Entry for a group exhibition by Galerie Parade (Amsterdam, the Netherlands) in 2001; each artist was given a disposable camera and was asked to create a work of art. Oudshoorn implemented it in his own way of working were ‘he takes the perspective of the illusory language in painting and applies it to his sculptures. He creates a bridge between the spatial illusion of the flat surface and the concrete reality of the three-dimensional sculpture.’
The artist took pictures of the sun breaking through the clouds with the implemented camera, the film roll is stil inside.

Yoko Ono was also a participant in the exhibition, she gave her camera to the visitors to take pictures. She had them developed andprinted, signed each one of them and sent them back to the people who took the pictures.

The work remains in very good condition and comes from the collection of Otto Schaap, a well known figure in Amsterdam and collector.
